Encanto Cafe builds its menu around a Mexican-European fusion concept that traces back to the owner's family kitchen. The recipes, passed down from mother to daughter, get executed from scratch daily. Aiolis, pestos, dressings, and sauces are all handcrafted in-house, with nothing sourced from a jar.
